MDHE LLC is a Disabled Veteran-owned, Limited Liability Company formed for the care and management of the property at 1711 Kanapuu Drive, Kailua, Hawaii.
MDHE LLC is NOT A SUBDIVISION DEVELOPER and has no plans or proposals to subdivide, rezone, or build multiple homes on our property. MDHE LLC acquired the property in order to build a home in a location that meets the specific needs of our disabled family member. We plan to leave 99.7% of the property in Open Space in accord with our master Conservation Plan approved by the Windward Oahu Soil Water Conservation District, and to restore approximately six acres of Lowland Native Mesic Forest in accord with our Forest Stewardship Management Plan approved by the Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DLNR DOFAW).
